EJ-BC16 is a kind of high accuracy current type battery indicator, EJ-BC16 can test the voltage, current and capacity of lead-acid/lithium-ion battery, and display them with intuitive battery symbol and percentage. Users can know the state of battery in time. EJ-BC16 has the function of memory. This battery indicator is suitable for mobile and portable equipments、ups、electric vehicles、ebike、 battery cars、balance cars、cleaning machines and so on.
EJ-BC16 is different from voltage type battery indicator, it has high accuracy and high reliability.

EJ-BC16 can be customized serial communication as an option, signal stability, no dead ends, no ripple; (Note: conventional styles do not have the function)
Application:
EJ-BC16 battery indicator is suitable for lithium battery, lithium iron phosphate battery, lead-acid battery and nickel-metal hydride battery which voltage is from 10V to 120V.
Working interface:
Install:
- In the device panel to open a rectangular hole and two screw holes,
- Then install the battery indicator from the front of the panel and place the indicator housing into the rectangular opening;
Connect:
- Prepare a shielded wire and an ordinary wire (0.3-0.75 mm²);
- One end of the ordinary wire connects to B+ of battery;
- Another end connects to B+ of sampler (anyone is ok);
- The B- of sampler connects to B- of battery;
- P- of sampler connect to P- of output;
- Finally, connect the sampler to the indicator by the shielded wire.
Attention: Please connect as shown strictly. The sampler must be connected to the negative circuit, it is forbidden to connect to the positive circuit. If you want to extend the shielded wire, you must use 4 lines of the same specification.
Use setting:
Capacity and voltage setting:
- Press the “OK” key for 3s to enter the setting menu;
- Click the “up” or“down” key to select the setting items:
CAP—capacity setting:an initial capacity has been set at the factory, please set it according to the real capacity;
FULL U—full voltage setting:when the voltage is higher than it the percentage will be 100%;
ZERO U—zero voltage setting:when the voltage is lower than it the percentage will be 0%, backlight off , if you keep discharge the LCD flicker, the alarm indicator display and buzzer warning;
Alarm—alarm setting:when the capacity is lower than it the LCD flicker and buzzer warning.
Note:Generally the FULL U and ZERO U do not need to set. The default is 0V, which is invalid. If you want set, please understand the actual charge and discharge voltage of the battery firstly.
- Select“CAP” and click the “OK” key to enter the capacity setting; The set bit flicker, click the“OK” key can select other bits, click the“up”or“down” key to plus and minus the value; after this click the“back” key to quit capacity setting;
- We can set other items with the same method as capacity. When all the items are set and all the values are correct, click the “back” key to save the set and quit the setting menu;
- Cut off and Re-power,it will work normally.
